Who can apply?

Send an SMS to 9771 using this format:

Replace each part with your own information. The registration date should use the DDMMYYYY format.

How to use the petrol discount
Take the SMS token to a participating petrol station. Show the token message when requested so the station can verify the subsidized purchase. The discount is subject to the monthly litre limit for your vehicle category, so unused quota and the exact amount available may depend on the government’s implementation system.
Keep the confirmation messages until the transaction is complete. If your details are rejected, first check the CNIC, SIM ownership, number plate format and registration date. Avoid repeatedly sending altered details because mismatched information can delay verification.
When does the scheme start?
The reported rollout begins in Islamabad around midnight between 14 and 15 September 2026. The nationwide rollout, including AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan, is reported for midnight between 16 and 17 September 2026. Registration was reported to have opened on 13 September.
